On December 5, a clarinet trip, made of members of the Saginaw Classic Legacy Band, performed a Christmas Medley that I arranged. Left to right: me, Dana Armbruster and Todd Schwannecke. The medley consisted of the familiar tunes GLORIA, IN DULCI JUBILO & ANTIOCH.
I mostly play the clarinet. I played in the Camarillo Community Band from 2008 to 2019 and the Ventura County Concert Band 2017-2019. I also filled in occasionally with the Pepperdine Wind Ensemble.
After waiting a couple of years for the pandemic to ease, I joined the Classic Legacy Band of Saginaw in April 2022.
In 2019 I bought a tenor sax and have been working, little by very little at playing it well, but it will be a very long time until I play it in a concert band.
